What is Rituelist Rewards?

This is a program to thank you for every Rituel de Fille order. You will earn Color Points for activities on our site, like purchases and referrals.

Who can join?

Anyone with an account is automatically enrolled.

How do I earn Color Points?

You can earn Color Points for various activities, including:

  • Making purchases
  • Referring friends
  • Engaging with Rituel de Fille promotions

To view all earning opportunities, log into your account and visit the Earn Points section of the Rituelist Rewards page found in the accounts menu.

Referral Policy:

Refer a friend is for friends. Referrals must be made between known parties. Referral links and codes are intended for personal use only and are prohibited from being posted on public websites, social media, or coupon-sharing platforms. Any misuse of the referral system may result in the revocation of points and termination of Program participation.

How do I view my Color Points balance and redeem my Color Points?

Your Rituelist Rewards account can be accessed by logging into your customer account or by using the floating rewards widget available on any page on ritueldefille.com.

Can I use my Color Points during checkout?

Start from the Rituelist Rewards dashboard to redeem your Color Points. Here, you can redeem for a reward code which can then be applied for a discount during checkout.

How do reward codes work?

When you redeem your Color Points for a reward, you will receive a unique reward code to use at checkout. This code must be entered before completing checkout, and cannot be added after your order has been placed.

For fixed-value rewards (i.e., $10 off), you must use the entire value of your code in one order, so your order subtotal for products must be at least as much as the reward code value.

Order discount reward codes, whether fixed value or fixed percentage, can be used towards the purchase of any full-sized products (unless a product page explicitly notes that an item is excluded from any further discounts). This generally means everything but samples and sample sets.

Free product reward codes may only be used for the specific product listed on the reward. They may not be used for other colors in the same product category. To use a free product reward code, add the product to your cart and use the reward code at checkout. When redeeming a reward for products with complexion shade variants, you will be asked to select your shade after entering your reward code.

Reward codes may reduce the total of your shopping bag. This may disqualify your order from other promotions such as free shipping or gifts with purchase. Please make sure your shopping bag meets the threshold for these promotions after the reward code is applied to qualify for available promotions.

Reward codes expire 12 months from the date they are redeemed.

Can I combine codes with other discount codes?

No, our system only accepts one code per order, so Rituelist Rewards codes cannot be used in combination with any other code.

Can codes or rewards be refunded or exchanged?

Color Points and rewards do not have any cash value. Once a reward is redeemed, it cannot be canceled and the points cannot be refunded as points, store credit or cash. In the case of a return within an order that was placed using a reward code, only the original cash charge value is subject to our returns and refunds policy. All rewards redemptions are final.

When placing an order using a Rituelist Rewards code, the discount amount is spread across each item in the order. The only refundable amount in the case of a return is the USD paid for an individual item.

EXAMPLE: You place an order for two $25 products, and use a $20 Rituelist Rewards code at checkout. This code will apply a $10 discount to each of the products, meaning you will pay $15 for each one. If you choose to return one of the products in your order, the most that can be refunded is $15. We are unable to reallocate the code value differently after it has been used, or apply the discount to any other product.

Is there a limit to the number of Color Points I can earn?

No, there is no limit to the number you can earn.

Does my review qualify for Color Points?

To qualify for Color Points, your review must be from a Verified Purchase. The best way to ensure this is by submitting your review through the review request email sent after your purchase. Due to platform limitations, reviews submitted through the on-site review widget may not be marked as Verified, even if you placed a qualifying order.

Please note that reviews submitted through the Shop app do not qualify for Color Points.

What do the 'approved', 'pending', and 'canceled' statuses mean?

  • Approved: These Color Points can be redeemed for rewards immediately.
  • Pending: These Color Points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This generally applies to purchases and referrals. Typically, Color Points for purchases will change from Pending to Approved 30 days from your order date.
  • Canceled: These Color Points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you return a purchase, the points will change from pending to canceled.

When will I receive the Color Points for my order?

Color Points will appear in your account with a status of pending almost immediately. Color Points for purchases will be verified and moved to approved status after 30 days, at which point they can be redeemed for rewards!

What happens if a friend I refer returns their order?

Your pending points will become canceled and will be removed from your account.

Why did my account balance go down?

You, or someone you referred, returned or otherwise voided a purchase.

Do Color Points expire?

Color Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity. All you need to do to retain your Color Points balance is place an order through ritueldefille.com while logged in to your account.

Do reward codes expire?

Reward codes expire 12 months from the date they are redeemed. We recommend using them as soon as they are redeemed.

I completed an activity but didn't earn Color Points!

It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your Color Points.

Orders placed through ritueldefille.com will accrue Color Points unless canceled or returned. Some non-purchase activities may be limited in the number of times they can be completed to earn Color Points, or may have simple requirements for them to count toward earning Color Points.

How do I leave the program?

If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.

What happens if I leave and decide to join again?

Just contact us and we will re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.
