How do I apply codes, vouchers, or gift cards?Updated a month ago

Codes, vouchers, and gift cards are applied at checkout.

To use, input the code into the "gift card or discount code" box on the checkout page—it cannot be added after your order is complete.

Discounts are valid for the purchase of in-stock, full-size makeup, and skincare only. Discounts do not apply to samples or sample sets. If you're having trouble applying a code, double-check your shopping bag contents to make sure your purchase meets the code qualifications.

Codes cannot be combined with any other offer. Only one code can be applied per order.

If you have two codes you would like to use, you can place separate orders then reach out to our customer service team and ask them to combine them into one box and refund shipping charges.

i.e. You have a Rituelist Rewards voucher and a gift card you would like to use. You may use the rewards voucher on one order and the gift card on a separate order. Then contact us and provide both order numbers and we will ship them together.
