How do I cancel my order?Updated a month ago

Orders can only be canceled before they have been shipped. Orders are automatically sent to our warehouse once they are placed, so we cannot guarantee order cancellations.

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist you.

If you have already received an order confirmation email, it may be impossible to cancel your order. However, you can always request a return or exchange once your order arrives.
