To check the status of your order, you can log into your Rituel de Fille account, or if you do not have an account, you can create one with the email address or phone number you used to place your order.

You'll receive email confirmations for the following statuses:

1. Order Confirmation
2. Order Shipped
3. Order is Out for Delivery
4. Order Delivered

If you are not seeing emails for your email, please add [email protected] to your address book to prevent them from going to your spam folder.
