My code or voucher did not apply. What should I do?Updated a month ago

We are unable to add discount codes, Rituelist Rewards codes, or additional products to an order after it has been placed, and cannot swap products or colors. 

If you notice an error with your order immediately after placing it, we may be able to cancel it for you before processing so you can place a new order. In this instance, please reply to your order confirmation email with your request or send us message with your order number and confirm you would like us to cancel your order.

Please note, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order, but we will do our best to help. If your order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to proceed with a return after it arrives to you. 

Please contact us before placing your order if you have any questions, requests, or are running into any technical problems.
