What is Route Shipping Protection?Updated a month ago

We offer Route Shipping Protection at checkout as an affordable option for insuring your order from loss, damage or theft. We strongly recommend opting in to this service. 

When you place your order, you will receive an automated email from Route with information on policies, terms, and how to file claims.

Route has reasonable but strict rules attached to filing claims to qualify for coverage:

• Damaged: Within 15 days of when the package was marked delivered
• Lost (USA): Between 7* and 30 days from the last tracking update
• Lost (International): Between 20* and 30 days from the last tracking update
• Stolen: Between 5* and 15 days of when the package was marked delivered (must file a police report)
