We’re a small, passionate team dedicated to making sure you feel confident and inspired in your Rituel de Fille selections—both before and after placing your order. If you're not happy with a full-sized product, you can return it within 30 days of the ship date.
Suggestions Before You Start a Return
Sometimes a shade can surprise you! A color can look very different on your skin than it does in the packaging or in a simple arm swatch. Our formulas reveal their full character when you apply them as intended. We’re happy to accept a return even if you’ve lightly used a product, so we encourage you to try on a product before deciding to send it back. If you have questions, please reach out to our team. We're always happy to offer advice and help you troubleshoot or find the right fit for you.
Eligibility for Returns
Return Window
You can return lightly used, full-sized products within 30 days of the date your order was shipped. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or return.
Qualifying Products
Only regularly priced, full-sized items purchased from ritueldefille.com are eligible for a return. Products purchased with a discount code can be returned unless otherwise noted.
The original shipping costs and any shipping add-ons (like Route Shipping Protection) are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items
The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned:
- Samples and sample sets
- Gift cards
- Clearance items
- Products marked as final sale on their product page
Gift Cards
All gift card sales are final. Gift cards are delivered digitally; we do not offer physical gift cards. Gift cards never expire. Gift cards cannot be converted to cash, refunded, or returned once issued.
Sets and Bundles
Individual products in a set or bundle can be returned unless the set is a final sale item. Refunds are based on the discounted price you paid for the set, not the original retail price of the individual product. For example, if you bought a $125 set for $100 (a 20% discount), the refund for any item would be its retail price minus 20%.
Retailer Purchases
We can only process returns for items bought directly from our website. If you purchased our products from an authorized retailer, please contact them for their return policy.
Lab Access Releases
Unless otherwise noted, Lab Access Releases are covered by our standard return policy and may be returned.
The Return Process
Use our returns portal and follow the simple instructions. At this time, we only offer returns and not exchanges. You can place a new order once your refund is issued.
Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. You can use the shipping carrier of your choice, but we recommend a trackable method as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
We request that you send back original product packaging with your order. If the unit carton, bag or inserts have already been discarded, please contact us prior to submitting your return request.
Important Things to Know
Returns + Promotions
Returning items may impact promotional offers applied to your order. If your return makes your order no longer eligible for a free gift with purchase (GWP), you have two options: you can return the gift with your other items for a full refund, or you can keep the gift and its retail value will be deducted from your refund amount.
Refunds for Returns
You may choose between a refund to your original payment method or store credit. Refunds to your original payment method can take up to 14 business days. Store credit is issued as a digital gift card via email and never expires.
Rituelist Rewards Voucher Codes
Voucher codes have no cash value. The points used for a voucher cannot be refunded. When you return an item purchased with a voucher, only the amount you paid in the applicable currency is refundable. The voucher's discount is spread across all items in the order, and your refund will be pro-rated.

We reserve the right to change our policies at any time and to refuse service to any customer who, in our sole discretion, abuses our return policy, but we'll always do our best to work with you to find a solution.
