When will my order ship?Updated a month ago

All of our products are handmade in small batches. Most items listed as in-stock will ship within 5 business days, but please contact us before you place your order if you need it processed sooner and we will do everything possible to accommodate.

During high-volume times, including new product launches and holidays, our small team may need a few additional business days to prepare and ship your order. Between Black Friday and Jan. 1, please anticipate fulfillment delays so our small team can work through carefully packing your order--as well as slower carrier times due to the holidays. This may be as long as a week, but we will make our best effort to communicate any notable fulfillment delays quickly.
