I am returning a product that I ordered as part of a promotion. What do I need to know?Updated a month ago

If a partial return brings your final order total below a minimum threshold for a promotion, including a free shipping promotion, then the order will no longer qualify for that promotion and must be processed accordingly. 

If you receive a gift with purchase, and your return brings your order total below the qualification threshold for that gift, you may choose to either return the gift with purchase item or have the retail price of the item deducted from your refund.  

EXAMPLE: Rituel de Fille offers a free lipstick valued at $25 with orders of $150+. You place a $160 order, but decide you want to return a $42 blush. After returning the blush, your adjusted order total is $118, below the $150 promotional qualification threshold, meaning your order no longer qualifies for the free gift. 

When you return the blush, if you also choose to return the lipstick that you received as part of the promotion that your order no longer qualifies for, you will receive a refund of $42–the total purchase price of the returned blush.

If you would instead like to keep the $25 lipstick, you will be responsible for the retail price of that item, which would be deducted from your refund. In this case, you would therefore receive a refund of $17, the difference between the returned blush and the lipstick.
